Description
You can use broccoli instead of cauliflower.

- Cauliflower 20 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Vinegar essence 1½ teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Boil the cauliflower until half cooked.
Step 2
Break it into florets and pour over a mixture of vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer to a salad bowl and sprinkle with finely chopped boiled eggs and green onions.
