- Pistachios ¼ cup
- Turnips 15 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1¼ teaspoons
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add grated carrots for 30 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold water.
