- Onion 7 heads
- Rice Vinegar ½ cup
- Fresh Ginger 2 tablespoons
- Carrots 0 lbs
- Dried Cranberries 5 oz

Step 1
To prepare the carrots with cranberries and ginger, cut the greens off the onions, slice them into strips, and then into large pieces. Chop half of the onions.
