- Pickled garlic 0 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Malt Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Cream 22% 2 tablespoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the carrot into rounds and blanch in salted water.
Step 2
Boil fresh green peas, or use canned ones.
Step 3
Cut the pickled onions into thin rings. Mix the carrot, peas, and onions together.
Step 4
To prepare the dressing, thoroughly mix the cream with olive oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Dress the salad.
