Ingredients
- Turnips 3 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup ½ can
- Canned Truffles 1 can
- Herbs to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the carrots.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-rings and sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms to the onion and sauté together for a bit.
Step 4
Let it cool slightly and mix with the carrots, add peas, mayonnaise (or sour cream), salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
