  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Lentils 5 oz
  • New Potatoes 5 oz
  • Leek 5 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
  • Malt Vinegar 3 tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the lentils in salted water.

Step 2

Blanch the carrots, onion, and leek. Cut them into thin half-rings.

Step 3

Boil the potatoes and slice them into rounds.

Step 4

To prepare the dressing, mix the vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper thoroughly. Add finely chopped green onion. Whisk the dressing until thick.

Step 5

Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad with the dressing.

Step 6

The salad can be served with croutons made from Borodinsky bread.
