Ingredients
- Poultry 2 pieces
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Pears 6 pieces
- Lemon 3 pieces
- Mustard Greens 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 1 cup
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Gut the chickens, wash them, dry them, cut them, and fry in butter.
Step 2
Cool, remove the skin, separate the meat from the bones, and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3
Fry the chicken liver until cooked and mash with a fork.
Step 4
Peel the pears, remove the cores and seeds, and cut the flesh the same way as the chicken.
Step 5
Pour the juice of 2 lemons over the pears, mix, and add to the meat.
Step 6
Add lemon juice, mustard, black pepper, salt, and whipped sour cream to the liver.
Step 7
Gently mix and combine with the meat and pears.
Step 8
Mix everything again, sprinkle with black and red pepper to create colorful spots, and garnish with herbs.
