Caprese Salad with Spinach

Ingredients

• Spinach 1 bunch
• Parsley to taste
• Tomatoes 1 piece
• Melted Cheese 1 piece
• Pesto 5 teaspoons
• White Balsamic Cream 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Arrange the spinach on a plate.

Step 2

Slice the tomato into rounds about 8 mm thick.

Step 3

Slice the mozzarella into uniform rounds.

Step 4

Place a slice of tomato on the greens.

Step 5

Spread pesto sauce over the top of the tomato.

Step 6

Top with mozzarella cheese.

Step 7

Place another slice of tomato on top.

Step 8

Continue in the same manner, repeating the steps. Garnish with parsley leaves.

Step 9

Dress the salad with balsamic vinaigrette.
