Caprese Salad with Pesto and Balsamic Cream

Ingredients

• Tomatoes 2 pieces
• Melted Cheese 10 oz
• Pesto 5 tablespoons
• White Balsamic Cream 1 tablespoon
• Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the tomatoes into pieces about 8 mm thick.

Step 2

Slice the mozzarella into pieces of the same thickness.

Step 3

Add salt to the tomatoes.

Step 4

Spread pesto on a slice of tomato.

Step 5

Then place a slice of mozzarella on top and continue layering in the same order.

Step 6

Drizzle with balsamic cream.
