Caprese Salad with Colorful Tomatoes

Ingredients

• Red cocktail cherry 3 pieces
• Yellow Cherry Tomatoes 3 pieces
• Pesto 5 teaspoons
• Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 0 oz
• White Balsamic Cream 1 tablespoon
• Ocean salt to taste
• Mild Chili Spice to taste
• Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the tomatoes into pieces about 5 mm thick.

Step 2

Sprinkle with a little salt.

Step 3

Slice the mozzarella into pieces of the same thickness.

Step 4

On a plate, arrange the tomatoes, placing one slice of cheese on top.

Step 5

Add a teaspoon of pesto on top of the cheese.

Step 6

Press the next slices of tomatoes onto the pesto.

Step 7

Continue layering the ingredients until they are all used up.

Step 8

Season with ground chili pepper.

Step 9

Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Step 10

Add a little black pepper and serve.
