
Caprese Salad with Arugula, Pesto, and Pine Nuts

Description
You can use regular tomatoes. Toasted nuts will be a great addition. There shouldn't be too much radicchio. A pinch of salt and pepper can be added, but keep in mind that the pesto is already salty. If desired, you can add a few drops of olive oil.
Ingredients
- Arugula to taste
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 5 pieces
- Pesto 1 teaspoon
- Pistachios to taste
- Radicchio Salad to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a sufficient amount of arugula and radicchio at the bottom of the salad bowl.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Arrange them on the arugula leaves.
Step 3
Slightly dry the mozzarella slices from the liquid, then cut the pieces in half and place them in the salad bowl.
Step 4
Add the pesto and gently mix everything evenly.
Step 5
Sprinkle with a handful of pine nuts.
