Cappuccino with White Chocolate
Ingredients
- Milk 4 cups
- White Beans 1 piece
- Brandy 2½ teaspoons
- White Chocolate 10 oz
- Vanilla extract 2½ teaspoons
- Cocoa Powder to taste
- Instant coffee 4 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the vanilla bean without seeds. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and add the chopped white chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts.
Step 2
Add the brandy and vanilla extract. Remove the vanilla bean.
Step 3
Place over low heat and whisk until frothy for 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour the hot coffee into cups, then add the milk with chocolate. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
