Ingredients

  • Perch 10 oz
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Apple 2 pieces
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Celery salt 1 piece
  • Parsley to taste
  • Honey-Mustard Dressing to taste
  • Mayonnaise ½ jar
  • Spiced Tomato Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the fish in salted water with onion, remove, skin and bone it, chop finely, and cool.

Step 2

Chop the apples, cucumbers, celery, and parsley, dress with mayonnaise and spicy tomato sauce, add to the fish, season with salt to taste, mix, and mound in a salad bowl.

Step 3

Garnish with chopped eggs and lettuce leaves.
