Cut the fillet into cubes and soak in salted water (no more than 50 ml) with pepper and seasonings (basil and dried garlic, for example) for half an hour. Once the fillet absorbs the marinade, fry it in olive oil over high heat.
Step 4
Wash the lettuce leaves, tear them into pieces by hand, and place them on individual plates. Add the diced tomatoes (if using cherry tomatoes, cut them into quarters), chicken, drizzle with dressing (not too much), and add croutons. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
