Ingredients
- Green Butter 1 bunch
- Marinated cherries 6 pieces
- Lobster tails 15 oz
- Quail Egg 6 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Honey-Mustard Dressing 5 fl oz
- Roasted Peanuts 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 5 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Croutons 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the vegetables and dry them well.
Step 2
Toast the walnuts and chop them into small pieces (less than 1 cm).
Step 3
Grate the cheese.
Step 4
Boil, cool, and peel the quail eggs.
Step 5
Pour boiling water over the shrimp and sauté them in soy sauce with garlic.
Step 6
Cut the white bread (not very fresh) into 1x1x1 cm cubes, drizzle with vegetable oil, and season with salt to taste, then toast in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 7
Cut the lettuce leaves into 2–3 cm wide strips and place them in a bowl, add the walnuts, shrimp, two-thirds of the grated cheese, drizzle with dressing, and mix well.
Step 8
Cut the eggs and tomatoes in half, place them on top of the salad, sprinkle with croutons, the remaining grated cheese, and you can garnish with a few shrimp.
Step 9
The dressing can be to your taste — from regular mayonnaise to a special Caesar mix. A popular option is mayonnaise + soy sauce or Dijon mustard.
