Caesar Salad with Pasta
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 0 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Tilsit Cheese 5 oz
- White Part of Leek 0 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce 2 bunches
- Caesar Dressing 1½ teaspoons
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Grapefruits 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta (spaghetti won't work - use short pasta).
Step 2
Bake the chicken breast in the oven (season with salt and pepper beforehand) for 20 minutes at 430°F.
Step 3
Cut the Tilsiter cheese into cubes, slice the leek into thin rings, and dice the tomatoes and chicken. If the grapes are large, it's also advisable to cut them.
Step 4
Mix everything together, add the pasta.
Step 5
Combine the mayonnaise with the Caesar dressing (it's tastier this way, but optional) and add to the salad. Toss to combine.
