Caesar Salad with Pasta
Ingredients
- Bavette Pasta 10 oz
- Romaine lettuce ½ pieces
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- White bread 5 oz
- Caesar Dressing 5 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add a generous pinch of salt, and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Step 3
Drain the cooked pasta, add a little olive oil, and toss to prevent it from sticking together. Let the pasta cool slightly.
Step 4
Cut the bread into cubes measuring 2–3 cm on each side.
Step 5
Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with a little salt. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Tear or chop the romaine leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Step 7
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 8
Combine the pasta with the lettuce leaves and tomatoes. Dress with Caesar dressing and toss to combine.
Step 9
Arrange the pasta in serving bowls and top with croutons.
Step 10
Serve the Caesar pasta, garnished with Parmesan.
