Ingredients
- Soy Sauce ¼ cup
- Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Green peppercorns ¼ cup
- Pompano fillet 0 lbs
- Mixed salad greens 10 oz
- Radish 1 bunch
- Honey-Mustard Dressing to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Crush the black pepper in a mortar.
Step 3
Cut the tuna fillet into 6 steaks and dip them in soy sauce, then coat with pepper, pressing lightly. Place on the grill and cook for about 2 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the greens and thinly sliced radish, toss with Caesar dressing, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the salad among 6 plates.
Step 5
Slice the tuna into thin pieces and place on top of the salad. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
