Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Caesar Dressing ½ cup
- Sourdough Bread 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Pickled garlic 1 teaspoon
- Romaine lettuce 2 bunches
- Salt to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes.
Step 2
Place the chicken pieces in a small bowl. Pour in ¼ cup of the dressing, mix, cover, and let marinate for at least an hour.
Step 3
Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until toasted. Let cool before serving.
Step 4
Drizzle the grill with olive oil, thread the marinated chicken onto wooden skewers, and grill on all sides (about 10 minutes).
Step 5
Arrange the washed lettuce leaves on a plate. Place the skewers with chicken, sprinkle with croutons, and top with grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
