
Caesar Salad with Garlic Mayonnaise

It is not recommended to salt the fillet, as the cheese and dressing replace the salt.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet 3 pieces
- Quail Egg 4 pieces
- Iceberg Lettuce 3 bunches
- Croutons 1 glass
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise 15 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the fillet for 25 minutes.
Step 2
Boil the eggs.
Step 3
Cut the bread into cubes and toast them without oil — this will create crispy croutons.
Step 4
Cut or tear the cooked fillet into small pieces, cut the eggs into quarters, dice the tomato into 1 cm cubes, and arrange them on a plate (serving size). Gently mix everything together.
Step 5
Grate the cheese finely and sprinkle it over the salad on the plate.
Step 6
For the dressing, squeeze the garlic into the mayonnaise, mix well, and pour it over the cheese on the plate.
Step 7
Add the croutons for the dressing.
