Ingredients
- Iceberg Lettuce 1 head
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Nut Bread 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the bread into cubes (2-3 cm). Place in a skillet and toast over very low heat until they turn into croutons.
Step 2
Boil or sauté the diced chicken breast (if sautéing, season with salt and pepper).
Step 3
Chop the lettuce.
Step 4
Cut the feta into cubes of the same size (2 cm).
Step 5
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 6
Grate the Parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Place the lettuce leaves on a plate. Top with feta, then the chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, and croutons. Sprinkle everything with grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
