Description

Ingredients

  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 25 oz
  • Marinated cherries 6 pieces
  • Garlic 7 cloves
  • Iceberg Lettuce 1 head
  • Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
  • Quail Egg 3 pieces
  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 1 cup
  • Caesar Dressing 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown; add 2 chopped cloves of garlic to the skillet for aroma 2 minutes before removing from heat.

Step 2

Boil the eggs.

Step 3

In a large bowl, tear or chop the Iceberg lettuce, cut the tomatoes into halves or quarters, crush the remaining garlic, finely chop the eggs, grate the cheese, add the chicken and Caesar dressing, and mix everything together.

Step 4

Serve on plates and add croutons to taste.
