Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce ½ teaspoon
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Seasoning 1 teaspoon
- Thyme 3 sprigs
- Romaine lettuce 5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Marinated cherries 1½ pieces
- French Baguette to taste
- Dried Rosemary to taste
- Anchovies 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Capers 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire Sauce ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small slices.

Brush the fillet with olive oil.
Step 3
Add soy sauce.
Step 4
Add mustard.
Step 5
Add chicken seasoning.

Mix thoroughly.

Place the romaine leaves on a plate.

Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken.

Add thyme.

Fry until golden brown on all sides over medium heat.
