Description
Caesar Salad with Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- French Baguette ½ piece
- Salt to taste
- Iceberg Lettuce 1 bunch
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Calve "Cheesy Caesar" Sauce 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the baguette into small cubes. Then place them, along with olive oil, salt, and pepper, into a bag and shake it.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Spread the bread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 3
While the croutons are baking, sauté the chicken breasts (I often use pre-cooked ones, they turn out quite tasty and are easy to prepare) — this takes about 15 minutes; you can always check the full cooking instructions on the package.
Step 4
After frying, let the breasts cool and cut them into small cubes.
Step 5
Tear the iceberg lettuce by hand; otherwise, it will taste bitter, and place it as the first layer on the plate, creating a base for the salad.
Step 6
Top with the chopped chicken breasts, croutons, and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
Step 7
Before serving the salad, dress it with the Cheese Caesar dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
