Ingredients

  • Garlic 1 clove
  • White bread 5 oz
  • Eel 1 bunch
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Hard Cheese 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the garlic and place it in the oil, letting it sit for 30 minutes. Cut the bread into cubes and fry in the garlic oil until golden brown. Remove from the oil and let it dry.

Step 2

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly, then tear them by hand or cut them, and place them at the bottom of a bowl. Drizzle with the remaining oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Add lemon juice and grated cheese, then mix well.

Step 4

Boil the egg to a soft consistency, place it on a plate, and serve with the salad and croutons.
