Caesar Salad with Bacon
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Bacon 6 pieces
- White bread 1 slice
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 6 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Worcestershire Sauce to taste
- Romaine lettuce 1 bunch
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard, cut into quarters. Grill the bacon for a few minutes on each side, then cut into small pieces. Toast the bread in the oven and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce, seasoning to taste.
Step 3
Tear the lettuce leaves and place them in a bowl, sprinkle with half of the Parmesan. Add the egg, bacon, and toasted bread, and mix. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
