Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Romaine lettuce 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Armenian Lavash 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Malt Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Large eggs 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper, fry on both sides for a few minutes (5–6), making sure not to overcook. Slice diagonally. Let cool.
Step 2
Mix the dressing in a shaker (olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic — pressed through a garlic press, salt, and pepper (freshly ground)).
Step 3
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the lavash, place torn romaine leaves on top, then add pieces of chicken, Parmesan, drizzle with dressing, and roll it up neatly.
