Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce 5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Croutons to taste
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Worcestershire Sauce to taste
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Anchovies 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the chicken breast until it forms a crispy golden crust.
Step 2
Make the Caesar dressing: blend together 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 clove of garlic, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, the juice of half a lemon, and 4 anchovies; while continuing to blend, slowly add 150 grams of olive oil and 40 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Arrange the romaine on a plate.
Step 4
Place the sautéed and sliced chicken breast.
Step 5
Add Caesar dressing.
Step 6
Place a few strips of Parmesan on top.
Step 7
Sprinkle the salad with croutons or toasted bread cubes.
