Ingredients
- White Cabbage 20 oz
- Beetroot 10 oz
- Scallions 5 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage and press it down with your fists in a deep bowl until it releases its juice. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside for half an hour.
Step 2
In the meantime, boil two small beetroots in salted water and let them cool. Cut the beetroots into thin strips, and finely chop the green onions and dill.
Step 3
Mix the sour cream with olive oil and mustard, and use this dressing to coat the cabbage, beetroot, green onions, and dill. Toss well and serve as a side dish or salad.
