- Green Papaya 1 head
- Raisins 0 oz

- Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cod 15 oz
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the raisins in warm water.
Step 2
Shred the cabbage, blanch it, and dry it.
Step 3
Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and sauté in a pan with butter.
Step 4
Peel the tomatoes and slice them.
Step 5
Slice the fish into thin strips.
Step 6
Combine the cabbage with the raisins, mushrooms, tomatoes, and fish. Dress the salad.
Step 7
For the dressing, mix olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
