- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Beetroot 1 piece
- Herbs to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons

Step 1
Finely chop the cabbage.
Step 2
Grate the pumpkin, carrot, and beetroot on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion, dill, and parsley.
Step 4
