Ingredients
- White Cabbage 20 oz
- Prunes 3 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Lemon 1 piece
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the cabbage, rinse it, shred it, salt it, and squeeze it by hand.
Step 2
Soak the prunes in warm water until they swell, then remove the pits and chop finely.
Step 3
Wash the carrot, peel it, and grate it on a medium grater.
Step 4
Scald the lemon and, without peeling, grate it on a fine grater.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients, add sugar, and mix.
