  • Red Cabbage ½ head
  • Oranges 1 piece
  • Mandarins 2 pieces
  • Chopped Walnuts 5 oz
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Apple Cider Vinegar to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely shred the cabbage, lightly salt it, and massage it with your hands. Let it sit for about 15-20 minutes. Then rinse under running water and drain in a colander.

Step 2

Meanwhile, peel one orange and two mandarins, removing the skins and white membranes, and cut them into small wedges.

Step 3

In a salad bowl, combine the cabbage, add the citrus fruits, sprinkle with grated walnuts, and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Splash with apple cider vinegar. Our salad is ready!
