Ingredients

  • Red Currant ½ head
  • Onion 1 head
  • Broccoli 1 head
  • Sweet Pepper 2 pieces
  • Carrot 3 pieces
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) 2 teaspoons
  • Macadamia Nuts 1 cup
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Cauliflower 1 head

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the cabbage, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, pepper, and carrot into uneven pieces.

Step 2

Place everything in a food processor and chop.

Step 3

Transfer the vegetables to a large bowl.

Step 4

Grind the nuts in a coffee grinder.

Step 5

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, and white pepper. Then add the chopped nuts.

Step 6

Pour the mixture over the vegetables and stir. Add salt to taste.
