
Cabbage Salad with Adjika, Nuts, and Young Cheese

Description
This recipe was prepared in our kitchen by Chef Michael Johnson. Our Russian white cabbage pairs wonderfully with spicy southern sauces. The main theme of this very simple salad is the dressing: adjika, sunflower oil, and soy sauce.
Ingredients
- White Cabbage 30 oz
- Adjika 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 25 teaspoons
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 0 fl oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 10 fl oz
- Cashew 0 oz
- Pumpkin seed oil 0 oz
- Adyghe cheese 0 oz
- Cilantro to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cut the cabbage into pieces.
Step 2
Shred the cabbage into thin strips.
Step 3
Place the soy sauce in the blender bowl.
Step 4
Add rice vinegar and oil to it.
Step 5
Add the adjika and blend until smooth.
Step 6
Chop the nuts and seeds with a knife.
Step 7
Grate Adyghe cheese using a large grater.
Step 8
Place the cabbage on a serving plate.
Step 9
Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with seeds, nuts, and cheese, and garnish with cilantro leaves.
Step 10
Serve.
