Description

Instead of red cabbage, you can use radicchio.

Ingredients

  • Green Papaya ½ piece
  • Red Currant ½ piece
  • Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
  • Unsalted peanuts, shelled 0 oz
  • Lime 1 piece
  • Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
  • Grapefruits 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Shred the cabbage and chop the spinach. Mix everything and sprinkle with salt (preferably a pinch of coarse kosher salt), then place in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour.

Step 2

Cut the grapes in half and add them to the cabbage along with the peanuts.

Step 3

In a bowl, whisk together the oil, juice of one lime, and mustard until smooth. Dress the salad and mix well. Do not add salt.
