  • Lemon Zest 1 tablespoon
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice 5 fl oz
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • White Cabbage 0 lbs
  • Cabbage leaves 4 bunches
  • Dried Cranberries 5 oz

Step 1

To prepare the cabbage leaf and garlic salad, mix the garlic, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey in a large bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Add the cabbage and turnip leaves and mix thoroughly, then add half of the prepared cranberries. Season with salt and pepper, and mix again thoroughly.
