Ingredients
- White Cabbage 1 piece
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Beet 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 head
- Water 0 qt
- Sunflower Oil ½ cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Salt 2 tablespoons
- 9% Vinegar 0.3 cups
- Ground Black Pepper 2 teaspoons
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely shred or cut the cabbage into small squares.
Step 2
Grate the carrot and beet on the largest grater or cut into large strips, and slice the garlic lengthwise.
Step 3
Layer the cabbage, beet, and carrot in jars, alternating layers and adding garlic.
Step 4
For the marinade, combine water, oil, sugar, salt, vinegar, and spices, and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Slightly cool the marinade and pour it over the jars with vegetables.
Step 6
After 1 day, the cabbage can be served.
