Ingredients
- White Cabbage 0 oz
- Shrimp 0 oz
- Ketchup 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon
- Lemon 1 slice
- Pitted olives 4 pieces
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp in salted water until cooked. Remove the meat from the shells.
Step 2
Shred the cabbage into thin strips and lightly rub with salt.
Step 3
Mix the shrimp and cabbage with mayonnaise and ketchup, and place in a wide glass. Attach a slice of lemon to the side of the glass. Garnish the salad with pitted olives and a sprig of herbs.
