  • Spinach 10 oz

  • Ricotta cheese 2 pieces

  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
  • Orange juice concentrate to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash all the herbs.

Step 2

Arrange a mix of salad greens, corn, and spinach on a plate.

Step 3

Remove the burrata from the brine.

Step 4

Add half of the burrata to the plate.

Slice the prosciutto into thin slices.
