- Spinach 10 oz
- Corn Salad 0 oz
- Ranch Dressing 0 oz
- Ricotta cheese 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Orange juice concentrate to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash all the herbs.
Step 2
Arrange a mix of salad greens, corn, and spinach on a plate.
Step 3
Remove the burrata from the brine.
Step 4
Add half of the burrata to the plate.
Step 5
Slice the prosciutto into thin slices.
Step 6
Cut the melon into cubes.
Step 7
Arrange the melon and prosciutto on the mixed salad.
Step 8
Drizzle with olive oil.

Drizzle with a dressing made from lemon juice, orange juice, and a blend of olive oil and vegetable oil.
