Description

Burger with Capers, Tomato, and Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Ground meat 5 oz
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Fresh Mushrooms 6 pieces
  • Pickled capers 14 pieces
  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Green Butter 10 pieces
  • Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

I added a bit of black pepper and salt to the ground meat. Mixed well. Shaped the burgers with wet hands.

Step 2

I fried them in a pan for 4–5 minutes on each side. Wrapped the cooked burgers in foil and set them aside to rest. In the same pan, I sautéed the mushrooms, sliced thinly.

Step 3

Meanwhile, I arranged the lettuce leaves on a plate and placed half of the tomato on top. It should be large, about 9–10 cm in diameter.

Step 4

Then I spread two tablespoons of mayonnaise on the tomato and added the capers.

Step 5

I topped it with the burger, garnished with mushrooms, sprinkled fresh black pepper, and drizzled with dressing.

Step 6

I made the dressing from soy sauce, a few drops of lemon juice, and a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
