  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • Ketchup 1 tablespoon
  • Sour Cream 1 teaspoon
  • Whole Grain Bun 8 pieces
  • Iceberg Lettuce ¼ piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the shrimp, juice of 1 lemon, mayonnaise, ketchup, and sour cream.

Step 2

Chop the lettuce leaves into thin strips. Cut the buns in half lengthwise and open them.

Step 3

On the bottom halves of the buns, place the chopped lettuce and then the shrimp mixture. Cover with the top halves of the buns and wrap each in parchment paper or place in paper muffin cups.
