Description

If you don't have Korean-style carrots, you can use regular carrots and add some pepper. If your Korean-style carrots are not very spicy, you can add a little salt to the eggs.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 5 oz
  • Korean-style Carrots 5 oz
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken fillet and hard-boil the eggs.

Step 2

Finely chop the fillet. Slightly chop the Korean-style carrots. Grate the hard cheese.

Step 3

Layer the ingredients, spreading mayonnaise on each layer.

Step 4

First, place the fillet, spread with mayonnaise, then add the Korean-style carrots. Again, spread with mayonnaise.

Step 5

Next, add a layer of grated egg whites, followed by mayonnaise.

Step 6

The top layer is cheese, which should also be spread with mayonnaise.

Step 7

Grate the egg yolk on top.

Step 8

Garnish with herbs and serve.
