Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the bulgur according to the package instructions, adding saffron.

Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil.

Sauté the onion, garlic, and chili pepper.

Add the bell pepper, zucchini, tomatoes, and juice from half a lemon.
