Ingredients

  • White bread 1 piece
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Garlic to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grill the bread (or use a skillet) without oil until it has a nice golden crust.

Step 2

Rub with garlic, generously drizzle with oil, and add the topping.

Step 3

Topping options: 1 - mix 1 can of tuna chunks, 4 tablespoons of low-calorie mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped pepper, 1 crushed clove of garlic, and a handful of lettuce leaves. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

2 - roast whole peppers, unpeeled, until browned in the oven, brushing each with a small amount of olive oil and piercing several times with a fork. Remove, let cool, peel off the skin and seeds, slice crosswise, and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and vinegar.

Step 5

3 - tomatoes and mozzarella.

Step 6

4 - chopped tomatoes with garlic, olive oil, and basil.

Step 7

5 - pesto.
