Bruschetta with Shrimp and Arugula
Ingredients
- Rye Bread 4 pieces
- Shrimp 12 pieces
- Arugula 0 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Semi-soft cream cheese to taste
- Feta cheese 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the bread in a dry skillet or in the oven. If using the oven, this will take 3-5 minutes (depending on size) at a temperature of 390°F.
Step 2
In a blender, blend the arugula, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, feta cheese, chili pepper, and freshly ground pepper.
Step 3
Boil the shrimp in a pot. Then, heat a skillet, add a little olive oil, remove the garlic clove, and add the boiled shrimp.
Step 4
Spread cream cheese on the toasted bread, top with the sauce, shrimp, and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
