- White bread 6 pieces
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Baking Tomatoes 4 cans
- Anchovies 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Minced garlic ½ teaspoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
- Basil to taste

Toast the bread in the oven and drizzle it with olive oil.

Blend the tomatoes, basil, and garlic in a blender.

Season with salt and pepper.
