Brown Rice with Crispy Cabbage
Ingredients
- Green Onion 5 oz
- Olive Oil 2½ tablespoons
- Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Bean Sprouts 10 oz
- Zucchini 1½ pieces
- Brown Rice ½ cup
- Onion 2 heads
- Sunflower Seeds 5 oz
- Pumpkin Seeds 0 oz
- Almonds 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, mix salt, lemon juice, and onion until smooth.
Step 2
Separately, boil the beans in a large pot, adding salt to the water beforehand.
Step 3
Let the cooked beans sit for 5 minutes. Rinse the beans with cold water.
Step 4
Cook the rice separately, then mix it with all the ingredients, adding zucchini, green onion, and nuts.
