Ingredients
- Broccoli 20 oz
- Toasts 8 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Cream 8 tablespoons
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the broccoli, divide it into small florets, peel the end of the stalk and cut it into cubes. Sauté the broccoli in vegetable oil, then add 1 cup of water, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Spread butter on the toast. Mix the eggs with the cream, add grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Remove the broccoli from the broth and let it drain, then place the florets on the toast and pour the egg-cheese mixture on top.
Step 4
Bake in a well-heated oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
