Ingredients
- Rye Bread 4 pieces
- Olive Oil ½ spoons
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Cucumbers ½ pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Spanish onions ½ heads
- Red Wine Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the bread into cubes measuring 1 cm on each side.
Step 2
Cut the pepper into four pieces, remove the seeds, trim off the white inner membranes and skin, and dice into medium cubes.
Step 3
Peel the cucumber and tomatoes, and remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, and onion into medium cubes.
Step 4
Thinly slice the basil leaves.
Step 5
Toast the bread cubes in olive oil until golden brown.
Step 6
Mix all the chopped ingredients with the warm bread. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Serve seasoned with wine vinegar. You may also add a little olive oil.
